General provisions
These Terms define the rules of using the Teraflow service, software that automates therapy documentation. Using the service means accepting the Terms.

Description of the service
Teraflow enables planning therapy sessions, recording observations, generating documentation and reports, and communicating with guardians. Documentation is generated from data entered by the therapist, who approves every piece of content before it is shared.

Accounts and access
Access to the service is via individual accounts. The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials. Access to children's data is granted only to people authorised by the institution or practice.

Fees and trial period
The payment terms are set out in the agreement or offer provided in response to an enquiry. The trial period is available on terms indicated in the offer.

Personal data
Personal data — including children's health data — is processed in line with the Privacy Policy and the data-processing agreement. For patient data, Teraflow acts as a processor on the instruction of the therapist or institution.

Quality control and liability
Teraflow provides organisational tooling and writing automation. Clinical decisions and verification of documentation remain the sole responsibility of the therapist. Teraflow does not provide medical services and does not replace clinical judgment.

Intellectual property
The Teraflow software, its interface and marketing content are protected by intellectual-property law. Data entered by users remains the property of the users.

Changes to the Terms
The Terms may change. Users will be informed in advance about significant changes.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Teraflow is established. Disputes are subject to the appropriate court's jurisdiction, subject to mandatory legal provisions.
