    Who is the data controller

    The controller of personal data in the Teraflow service is Teraflow (hereafter the "Controller"). Data is collected to provide the service, respond to enquiries and inform about the launch and product news.

    Scope of data and purposes of processing

    We process what you provide in our forms: your full name, email address, role and message content. Purposes: (a) responding and preparing a quote (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), (b) running the waitlist and informing about the product launch based on consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), (c) the Controller's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — including service security.

    Children's data

    Teraflow will process children's health data only as a processor acting for therapists and institutions, under a separate data-processing agreement. A guardian's consent and the institution's data-protection policy remain the responsibility of the therapist or institution.

    Retention

    Form data is kept for as long as needed to fulfil the purpose — until the enquiry is resolved or consent is withdrawn. Therapy documentation is kept in line with legal requirements for medical records.

    Your rights

    You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability and to object. You may withdraw consent at any time. For data-protection matters write to contact@teraflow.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data-protection authority.

    We use encryption at rest and in transit, access control and regular testing. Only authorised people have access to the data.
